Reservation Policy

• Iftar Timing 5:30 PM - 8:00 PM.
• Sohour Timing 10:00 PM - 2:00 AM.
• A reservation is only confirmed upon full payment of the amount due. Reservations without payment are not guaranteed.
• No kids allowed less than 16 years allowed in Sohour.
• A minimum requirement of 4 people per reservation and only one menu set is allowed per reservation/ table.
• Please note that due to health and hygienic reasons we do not offer take away, take out, or delivery.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations are accepted in accordance with the refund policy.

Modification Policy

• Any changes to reservations prior to the reservation date by 48 hours are not accepted. Any other changes would depend on availability.

Refund Policy:

• 50% charge for cancellations made prior to the reservation time by 48 hours
• No Refund for any cancellations made in the 48 hours prior to the reservation time.
• Refunds are made directly to the card and it would take up to 10 days, given that there is no problem with the user’s card provider.
